Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara brought her laugh-out-loud humor to Saturday Night Live, hosting the sketch comedy show for the first time on Saturday night.
The 39-year-old joked about what it was like when she first moved to America from Columbia.
“I always heard that immigrants had a really hard life when they came to America, but when I showed up here everyone was so nice. The men bought me drinks and offered me a place to sleep,” Sofia said during her opening monologue.
She added with a smirk, “This country welcomed me with open arms and pulled down pants!”
