Sugar Ray Leonard and his partner Anna Trebunskaya were eliminated on Dancing With the Stars last night and while it's only week four of the competition, Sugar Ray has come a long way!

After his elimination, Sugar Ray told reporters, “Life is surprising sometimes. Life is shocking sometimes. But you know what? I’ve taken my ups, I’ve got down, and I’ve always gotten back up.”
But he will be missed by His Dancing With the Stars contestants who are continuing on.
"Sugar Ray is one of the highlights of the show so far for me," Ralph Macchio told reporters. "When I was like 13, I remember watching my first black and white TV, him in the ’76 Olympics, he was my childhood hero. He’s a mutual respect. Big heart, great guy."
Kirstie Alley felt the same way saying, "I love him, he’s one of the best people in the world. Sweet, talented, one of my favorites."

And Chris Jericho is really going to miss him!
"He was a lot of fun. From the very first day that we met the cast, he was the guy I kind of related to the most. He's a very happy guy, infectious attitude," he explained. "He really was one of the hearts of the show. He was trying so hard and I've got nothing but respect for Sugar Ray. I'm going to miss him because he's a great guy."
