Watch Tom Hanks' Hilarious Impression of Director Ron Howard

June 29 2011, Published 5:42 a.m. ET
Tom Hanks does a pretty hilarious impression of director Ron Howard. The Larry Crowne star stopped by Late Show With David Letterman last night and got a huge rise out of the audience when he impersonated his ginger pal directing himself in a movie.
"How would Ron direct himself in a movie?" Tom pondered aloud.
He went on to deliver a hilarious impression of the award-winning director — one that even Ron would likely be proud of.
