Watch Weird Al Yankovic's "Perform This Way" Lady Gaga Parody Music Video

Weird Al Yankovic has finally got permission to record "Perform This Way," his parody of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" after some back and forth with the singer. But it looks like the wait allowed Weird Al to have plenty of time to craft the music video spoof!

According to PopEater, Al directed the video himself, which features Al in many of Gaga's over-the-top outfits including her infamous meat dress.

Initially, Weird Al could not get consent from Gaga to release his parody on his new album.

But it was all a big misunderstanding.

"Gaga’s manager has now admitted that he never forwarded my parody to Gaga – she had no idea at all. Even though we assumed that Gaga herself was the one making the decision (because, well, that’s what we were TOLD), he apparently made the decision completely on his own," he wrote on his blog. "He’s sorry. And Gaga loves the song."

"As promised, all my proceeds from the song (and the MUSIC VIDEO… I can’t wait…) will go to the Human Rights Campaign," he added.
