The first trailer for Margaret, starring Anna Paquin and Matt Damon, has just been released — even though it was filmed back in 2005!

Margaret tells the story of a 17-year-old high school student who witnesses a bus accident after she distracts the bus driver (Mark Ruffalo), who then hits a pedestrian. The accident changes her life and the lives of those around her. And wrapped up in the plot is Anna's character seducing her teacher, played by Matt.

According to Indiewire's The Playlist, Margaret's hold up from hitting the theaters earlier was six years of legal issues and editing problems.
But the film will finally be hitting theaters in a limited release on Sept. 30!
