Wedding Bells for Charlie?

Only days after OK! reported that 's girlfriend had ditched her own home to move in with the notorious bad-boy actor, documents released last week in L.A. County Superior Court show that his four-year marriage to actress Denise Richards is legally over. That doesn't mean the divorce is final; issues of custody and division of assets have yet to be settled. Denise originally filed for divorce in March 2005, while still pregnant with their second child. In her filing, the Wild Things star alleged that Charlie solicited prostitutes, has a gambling problem and was verbally abusive. The couple, who have two daughters, Sam, 2, and Lola, 1, have made an effort to make nice as of late; they were even photographed together recently out with the kids. Denise, 35, has been seeing Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora (ex-husband of former good friend Heather Locklear). If all works out, look for these wedding registries by year's end!
