Wesley Snipes Prison Sentence: Three Years Behind Bars

Wesley Snipes is on his way to federal prison. The actor has been taken into custody after he was sentenced to 3 years in jail for tax crimes. 

TMZ reported the sentencing as confirmed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Wesley was ordered to surrender earlier today after frantically trying to appeal his tax evasion charges stemming from 2008.
