Whitney Houston Asked to Join 'X Factor' Panel, Report Says

Now that Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones have been cut from the second season of the X Factor U.S.A, new reports reveal that iconic singer Whitney Houston could be an option to fill one of the judge’s seats.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, sources say that Whitney has been “approached” by the show’s execs to discuss joining the FOX competition series as a mentor next season.
