The 19-year-old told Oprah she still feels her mom's presence. "I can hear her voice and spirit," she explained. " 'I'm right here. I got you.' I can always feel her with me. She wasn't only a mother. She was a best friend. She was a sister, a comforter."

It sounds like Bobbi Kristina has her sights set on show business to continue her mom's legacy.

"We're going to do the singing, the acting thing, the dancing," she added. "I'm her daughter... It's a lot of pressure, but I have to carry on her legacy. She prepared me for it."

Patricia told Oprah the end of the road for Whitney actually wasn't due to drugs: "It wasn't about substance abuse. I saw her chasing a dream. Looking for love in all the wrong places. The dream she was chasing was younger... She was chasing something that would ultimately hurt her."

While Whitney's manager and sister-in-law said Whitney's death is "extremely surreal even to this day," she knows ultimately the late singer is finally at peace. "There are no more struggles.... God's got it. She has the ultimate protector."
