Whitney Houston's Mother Stops Attempts to Alter Inheritence Payout for Bobbi Kristina Brown

Cissy Houston, mother of the late Whitney Houston, has reached an agreement with her granddaughter Bobbi Kristina Brown regarding the payout of her $20 million inheritance.
Previously, Cissy, who is a co-executor of Whitney's estate, feared that the way Whitney arranged for Bobbi Kristina to receive her inheritance would provide "too much, too soon." She worried that Bobbi Kristina, who is 19, would be unable to handle such a large amount of money.

However, grandmother and granddaughter have worked it out privately, and Whitney's original arrangement is, according to a source, "virtually unchanged" and Bobbi will receive her money as planned, in three segments: 10 percent when she turns 21 ($2 million), just under 20 percent at age 25 ($4 million) and the remainder when she turns 30 ($16 million).
