Madonna being threatened? The Material Girl was issued a warning from the photo sharing site, Instagram for posting photos where she is not wearing enough material, ironically enough. The singer opened her account only four months ago. But after one too many cleavage shots, the site is warning her if she doesn't stop posting photos containing mature content, they will delete her account.
