Zac Efron is quite the crowd-pleaser! The Hollywood heartthrob posed for photos with fans at a screening of Charlie St. Cloud in St. Louis, Mo., on Wednesday. One lucky contest winner even got to hit the red carpet with Zac and pose for photos with him! Zac took on St. Louis by himself, without supportive girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens at his side.
Zac donned a casual look — T-shirt and jeans — for the event and his most important accessory was his smile for all the pics he posed for!
Also, his beloved hair was spiked nice and high, as usual!

We bet Zac will return the favor for Vanessa when her next film, Beastly, hits theaters.
Beastly was originally slated for the same release date as Charlie St. Cloud, July 30, but was then pushed back to March 2011.
