ABC has backed up Taylor Frankie Paul with 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Season 6.

ABC is backing up Taylor Frankie Paul after the canceled Bachelorette season.
Page Six reported that Paul is getting a second chance at redemption with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, officially returning for Season 6 of the Hulu reality series with complete support from ABC and Disney.
The news comes after season 22 of The Bachelorette was cancelled last March following her domestic abuse allegations.

“ABC’s been great. They have total faith throughout. It’s been a very open line of communication with ABC, and they’ve been supportive throughout this process,” an insider told the outlet.
Meanwhile, another insider explained that Paul “has been working on herself” and “dealing with personal issues” since her 2023 arrest for domestic violence.

She showed her hurling metal stools across the room at her ex, Dakota Mortensen, in front of her now-8-year-old daughter, Indy.
Following this, she temporarily lost custody of their son, Ever, 2, per Page Six.
Additionally, ABC subsequently canceled her season of The Bachelorette, in which she was set to make her debut.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 5 was also put on pause, but is set to premiere on September 10. Paul was featured in the trailer.

Paul Finished Probation Last Month After 2023 Arrest
Taylor Frankie Paul completed her probation following her 2023 arrest last month.
Just last month, Paul completed her probation following her 2023 arrest.
At the time, she took to Instagram to celebrate, writing, “Three years probation complete.”
“All my PO’s said it was one of the longest probations they had seen for first time offense,” she wrote. “Back then I wasn’t even aware of what DV was. Unfortunately many will experience it as many already have.”
She added that she doesn’t care if people see her as “the villain or victim” in the situation before describing what led to her situation as “h--- on earth.”

A source close to Paul told People that she has been in therapy, revealing that she’s “doing the best she can in the midst of all the hardships she’s going through… She’s had a handful of people who carried her through, including her family, friends and producers of the show.”
