Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Sell Ultra-Chic Phoenix Home For $3.1 Million — Tour Their Desert Paradise
Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz are saying goodbye to their mountain paradise in Phoenix, Ariz.
Though the lovebirds — who tied the knot in 2012 — sold their ultra-chic estate for $3.1 million, their blended family still has their futuristic Razor house in La Jolla, Calif. According to Homes and Gardens, their 10,653-square-foot mansion in the Sunny State was inspired by Tony Stark’s lair from the Iron Man franchise.
Meanwhile, their former Arizona oasis is magnificent in its own right. From the open floor plan surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to the colorful décor and design, the abode is truly one of a kind.
Their home has been off the market since 2016, when it was listed at $3.85 million, Mansion Global reported. The power couple re-listed the property in March for just under $3.4 million.

The 7,050-square-foot property is nestled in the iconic Camelback Mountain, meaning the new owner will get to enjoy jaw-dropping views of the Maricopa County cityscape.
The Grammy Award-winning musicians' estate in Phoenix boasts four-bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with a glass-enclosed primary bedroom that is fit for a King and Queen.
The gated property is ideal for any Hollywood couple looking for seclusion, as the home is at a higher elevation than the surrounding properties, which adds a level of privacy.
“It’s like you’re the king of the mountain,” listing agent Scott Grigg said of the estate. “You can come up here and unwind...and it’s on a cul-de-sac so people aren’t driving by.”
The oversized entryway is filled with natural light that seeps in through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
