Ana Navarro opened up about her beauty routine as she prepared for
"My eyebrows are bushy [and] my upper lip is fuzzy. My nails are a disaster. My feet are even worse. My Botox expired like a month ago. I haven’t worn spanx - h---, I’ve hardly worn a bra - in almost two months. Haven’t blow-dried my hair or put on makeup," she said
"My roots are on full display," she added.
The co-host shared the update in an Instagram video on Saturday, September 5, just days before the new season began.
Ana Navarro asked her audience for a little grace and even showed off her gray roots while preparing for her return to 'The View.'
"You all, The View begins Sept. 8, and here’s the problem. I have done no self-grooming or self-care for almost a month and a half," she said.
"So I’m asking you for a little grace and time to get myself together — like maybe give me a week after I go on live TV because here’s my problem," she continued.
Ana Navarro showed off her overgrown eyebrows and nails ahead of 'The View' Season 30 premiere.
Navarro then walked viewers through the parts of her beauty routine she wanted to catch up on.
"You see this? This is gray hair that I haven’t been able to color," she said.
She continued, "You see these eyebrows? They are like the tails of squirrels. Have not had them plucked or waxed in over a month. You see these nails? There’s like a quarter- or half-inch growth going on here that I haven’t been able to take care of."

Ana Navarro Joked About Skipping Her Usual Beauty Treatments
Ana Navarro joked about her beauty upkeep ahead of the new season.
Navarro also joked about some of the other treatments she skipped.
"Upper lip? Cantinflas," Navarro said.
"Botox? Forget about it. Lip filler? No existe la posibilidad. None of this is happening. My neck? There’s a p---- where my neck used to be," she added.
Navarro ended the video by poking fun at how she planned to look when she returned to television.
"This is how I’m gonna go on TV on Sept. 8. I am just forewarning you," she revealed.
Ana Navarro reflected on her relaxed approach to beauty during her time away from 'The View.'
She said that she had gotten used to a much more relaxed look during her time away.
"Don’t even remember what it feels like to wear fake eyelashes, push-up bras and hair extensions," Navarro said, referring to her typical glam on The View.
She then joked, "I’ve been wearing loose-fitting kaftans, not come close to a scale and have been eating like a condemned person. I can’t remember the last time I wore high-heels."
Navarro also noted that she would return to the U.S. on Monday evening, September 7, before filming the first episode of the season.
"Cut me some slack. What you see is what you get. Take a little time to enjoy the natural view," she wrote in a caption.
Navarro added, "Maybe I should go back to my Covid-era turbans."
