Ant Anstead & Renée Zellweger Attend First Event As A Couple
A milestone! Ant Anstead and Renée Zellweger took a step forward in their relationship over the weekend when they attended their first public event as a couple.
The duo attended a gala event held by Radford Motors at the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana, Calif., on Saturday, August 7, where the Wheeler Dealers host was part of the unveiling of the new Lotus Type 62-2 race car.
The stylish pair arrived in matching black attire. The 42-year-old wore a black-and-white tuxedo with his date donning an elegant black gown.
While Anstead was interested in the cars, he also seemed keen to show off the actress when he shared several snaps with Zellweger on his Instagram Story. The couple posed for photos with Real Housewives of Orange County alum Lydia McLaughlin and her husband Doug, which were featured on his Story.
Anstead and the Bridget Jones' Diary star were first linked earlier this year following his divorce from Christina Haack. The new couple reportedly met when she appeared on Anstead's new Discovery+ show Celebrity IOU Joyride, TMZ reported.

Meanwhile, Haack's first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa was also said to be at the same event with Heather Rae Young — but El Moussa and Anstead are believed to be on good terms. The Flip or Flop star even tagged the TV personality in clips of the event on his Instagram Story.
Although Anstead and the Oscar winner have only been together for a few months, an OK! insider previously spilled that we could see them say "I do" very soon. "Ant and Renée want to get hitched in Las Vegas as soon as possible," the source said. "They’re leaning toward eloping, but they could end up having a few loved ones there."
"When she falls, she falls hard," the source continued. "He’s in awe of her. He’s been telling pals that Renée’s his soulmate and that he’s never met anyone like her before."
Zellweger has also "bonded with Ant’s toddler son [Hudson]," the source noted, despite children not being "something she focused on much before."
"Renée had the attitude that if it was meant to be, it would happen," the insider added. "But she’s one of the most nurturing people you could ever meet and would make an amazing mom."
