In a shocking twist in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's bitter It Ends With Us legal feud, a judge has dismissed the Gossip Girl actress' bombshell sexual harassment lawsuit against her costar and director.
On Thursday, April 2, Judge Lewis Liman ruled to toss 10 of the 13 claims Lively made against Baldoni following the release of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's hit novel It Ends With Us in 2024.
The judge dismissed Lively's 10 claims of harassment, defamation and conspiracy, but allowed three claims — including breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation. — to proceed to trial next month.
