Last November, nearly a year after Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe called off their engagement, the fashion blogger moved out of the L.A. mansion they’d shared since 2015. “Goodbye to the past, hello to the future,” the 36-year-old wrote on Instagram, adding that she’d be temporarily bunking with bestie Olivia Culpo.
Now, Santana’s finally found a place to call her own, scooping up a swanky Hollywood Hills estate for $2.6 million. Sitting high above the Sunset Strip, the 2,100-square-foot contemporary crib has been extensively renovated, making it perfectly suited to the brunette beauty’s chic and modern tastes.

The abode’s two bedrooms sit on the lower level, while the main floor’s open layout includes the kitchen, dining and living area, all flooded with natural light thanks to walls of glass. But the best part? An enormous balcony that peers out onto the city below. From here, we’d say Santana’s future is looking pretty bright!
