Through realtor Christine Hameline and Silva Hameline from RE/MAX Elite, the "Boys" crooner sold her stunning sanctuary on February 3 for $3,059,655 after buying it in 2015 for $2,815,000.
Last October, Charli XCX, 28 — whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison — made an exciting new purchase, plunking down $5.5 million on Harris' East Hollywood compound. The four-bedroom, six-bath oasis offers soaring ceilings, french windows and unprecedented views of the city skyline throughout the property.

The English singer's Tudor-inspired home is a unique sanctuary that offers four bedrooms, four baths and a lower level that can be used as an attached guest quarters.
The dark-wood beams and Revived 1920s Storybook English design showcase architect Anthony Miller's stunning work to the property, which is located under the Hollywood Sign.
The tranquil courtyard — which serves as an immediate escape from one's busy life — can be accessed from almost every room of the first floor.
Light seeps into the formal living room, which boasts a vaulted beamed ceiling, wood-paneled floors, distinctive brick fireplace and diamond-shaped window panes.

The retro dining room, with diamond-shaped window panes, is the singer's favorite room in her former abode. "It’s because it used to be the worst room in the house and then we recently got it together in there," Charli XCX explained to Architectural Digest in 2019. "I put the art up; I got this really fun rug; I really like the table with the pink legs. I bought the four chairs in there from Chairish.”
