Chris Martin & Dakota Johnson Get Serious By Settling In Together — Tour Their $12.5 Million Malibu Estate
The lovebirds finally found a love nest! Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson purchased their first home together on Point Dune in Malibu, Calif., for $12,500,000.
With the help of realtors Michael Cunningham and Glen Steele from Pinnacle Estate Properties, Martin and Johnson purchased the home last October 22. The home was sold by realtor Lily Harfouche from COMPASS.
The Cape Cod-inspired estate previously belonged to Ryan Kavanaugh, who first bought the property from Howie Mandel in 2013 before he sold it in 2019.
Perhaps this isn't the only big step for the Coldplay frontman and actress — who began dating three years ago. The pair recently fueled engagement rumors after Johnson was spotted sporting a giant ring on that finger.
And while Gwyneth Paltrow's ex-husband already owns three other homes in the sunny state, his most recent purchase is sure to be the most meaningful — since he owns it with his brunette babe.

Martin and Johnson can enjoy their private theater during their downtime... and maybe watch 50 Shades Of Grey?!
The indoor-outdoor design of the home makes it a true entertainer's delight. While taking a break from the sun, the couple and their guests can still enjoy Mother Nature and the magnificent views of the ocean.
Martin's kids could reside in the detached guest house with a game room, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
If the beach (which is only a few steps away!) proves to be too far of a journey, Martin and Johnson can sit back and relax by their own pool and spa.
The modern Cape Cod estate really is "Paradise" for anyone who enjoys seclusion, peace or the life of luxury.
