Christina Haack Dishes Out $10 Million For Brand New Orange County Mansion
She's got a brand new pad! Christina Haack dropped $10 million dollars on a brand new Orange County house after selling her Newport Beach marital home that she shared with ex-husband Ant Anstead.
The Flip or Flop star reportedly made the deal official on the Dana Point home back on July 7 for $10.3 million.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the home appears to boast gorgeous ocean views and is nearly 6,084-square feet that includes 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms along with a chef's kitchen and indoor and outdoor living spaces. Not to mention it also comes equipped with a spa, fire pit, pool,full backyard, game room and a movie theatre.
A source told the outlet that although the house looks to be perfect as it is, the 38-year-old, who allegedly wanted a home with an ocean view, is still making adjustments to spaces like the kitchen and the bathrooms to make the gated community home just right for her.
Haack recently sold her former home in Newport Beach that she previously shared with her 42-year-old motor specialist ex-husband for a reported $5.35 million. Anstead has since moved on with actress Renée Zellweger.

This purchase may have come just in time as the HGTV star and her new boyfriend Josh Hall made headlines this week over a possible engagement.
As OK! previously reported, the reality star originally posted and then deleted a photo of she and her man along with his mom where she appears to be rocking a possible engagement ring on that finger.
The mother-of-three then posted another photo without the mysterious piece of jewelry and captioned the pic “Boat day with friends, my man and his pretty mama. ❤️ ☀️ ”
Although there has been no confirmation from the new couple they appear to be going strong since they made things official back in July. The television personality and the Texas based realtor have been seen taking romantic trips to Mexico for her birthday and living it up on luxurious yachts.
