'Dazed And Confused' Actor Jason London Arrested In Mississippi For Public Intoxication
Jason London was picked up by police for public intoxication earlier this week.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, the Dazed and Confused actor was arrested on Tuesday, September 14, around 11:30 p.m. when he was found inebriated in his car.
Cops pulled up to the scene in Ocean Springs, Miss., where London was sitting in the driver’s seat of a 2010 Nissan Maxima that was reportedly ablaze and stuck in a ditch. He was accompanied by another person, who was standing outside the vehicle, which had some damage to the passenger side.
London and his passenger claimed that someone had sideswiped them and caused them to drive off the road.
According to cops at the scene, the 48-year-old appeared to be wobbling and slurring his speech. They also reported that he was covered with the stench of booze.
After investigating the scene, police believe that the Out Cold actor must have “swerved off the road, mowed down a sign, got back on the road, and then hit a concrete object before driving into a ditch.”

The Full Count star was sent to Jackson County jail for public intoxication and leaving the scene of an accident. He was spared from a DUI after a spokesperson from Ocean Springs PD told TMZ that the officer on the scene “used his discretion,” and probably didn’t see London operating the car.
London was reportedly so befuddled that they weren’t even able to fingerprint him.
It’s not the first time the actor has found himself in legal trouble: In 2013, he was arrested for “cold clocking” — or knocking out — a bouncer.
At the time of his 2013 arrest, he also allegedly told cops while in the back of the cruiser, “I’m rich and I’m a motherf**king famous ator! F**king look me up, b*tch.” He was also accused of saying a homophobic slur at the time as well, per Page Six.
