As the presentation neared its end, Dr. Oz, 66, who has served as Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services since 2025, chimed in right after RFK Jr.'s brief speech to share information from the "front lines."
As the media personality spoke, RFK Jr., 72, was seen trying to step behind him to take the spot behind Trump, 80.

RFK Jr. appeared to make two attempts to step past Dr. Oz during the meeting.
The interaction turned awkward when Oz extended his arm out to stop RFK Jr. from moving past him.
When the Health and Human Services Secretary made another attempt to get behind Trump, Oz stopped him again, placing a hand on his shoulder and appearing to block him.

The interaction quickly went viral, with many sharing their reactions on social media.
"Not once, but twice he tried and had to be pushed back. That's like 2 kids on the playground. RFK puffs his chest out, Oz ignores him," one critic wrote, while a second said, "They're like spoiled brats, fighting to get Dear Leader's attention. 'I wanna stand next to daddy.'"

The two reportedly had a brief inaudible exchange, where RFK Jr. said something to the Dr. Oz Show star, who responded by whispering in his ear.
"The exchange appears to center on something that Oz says may need to be 'salvaged,' before he adds that it is 'an embarrassing thing to do," professional lip reader Nicola Hickling claimed in an interview with the Irish Star about the conversation. "RFK Jr. appeared particularly uncomfortable during the exchange, while both men kept their posture unusually contained and their voices low."
