Eminem's Ex-Wife Kim Scott Was Reportedly Found In Her Bathroom Following Suicide Attempt
New details from Kim Scott’s suicide attempt have emerged.
Macomb County police appeared onsite in response to a call that warned an apparent suicide attempt.
Scott, 46, was reportedly sitting on the floor of her Michigan home holding an “unidentified object” in her hand, while surrounded by a “large amount of smeared blood” due to lacerations on her legs.
The report also described Scott as having “difficulty speaking, was slurring her speech and later fluctuated in various levels of consciousness,” and noted that she was restrained after allegedly trying to strike an officer.

Scott also had a “small cardboard shipping box” with messages to her family written on it, including a “‘Do Not Resuscitate’ request” that appeared to be written in blood.
The officer on the scene interviewed a friend of Scott’s late mother who was also in attendance at the tragic site after receiving an “out of character” text message, which prompted her to go to Scott’s house to check on her.
It later came to light that one week prior to the tragic accident, Scott’s mother, Kathy Sluck, died at the age of 65 on July 23. Funeral services for Sluck were held at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home on July 29, just one day before Scott's suicide attempt.
Scott left an emotional note on her late mother's obituary, writing, “I don’t even know where to begin mom!!! First off I’d like to say I FU**ING LIED TO YOU WHEN I SAID I WOULD BE OK….I LIED WHEN I SAID I CAN DO THIS I PROMISE!!!!”
Scott shares daughter Hailie Jade Mathers with the "Lose Yourself" rapper. The estranged pair officially called it quits in 2006 after being in an on-again-off-again relationship since 1999.
Eminem has yet to comment publicly on his ex-wife's incident.
