'Glee' Star Chord Overstreet Parts With Chic $1.6 Million L.A. Digs — See Inside His Former Bachelor Pad
Glee alum Chord Overstreet doesn't want to "Hold On" to his Los Angeles bachelor pad any longer.
Overstreet, 31, sold his longtime home, with the help of realtors Joshua Altman and Matthew J. Altman from Douglas Elliman, on January 27 for $1,600,000 after purchasing it back in 2014 for $1,310,000.
Perhaps Overstreet is switching up his man cave for a new home with girlfriend Camelia Somers? Overstreet and Somers — the granddaughter to Suzanne Somers — quarantined together over the summer in Overstreet's hometown in Nashville, and he was featured on her Instagram page in October.
