The 78th Golden Globe Awards take place this Sunday, February 28, honoring the best in American television of 2020, as well as film in 2020 and early 2021, as chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the award show has been scaled back. This year will be the Globes' first bi-coastal ceremony with Tina Fey co-hosting from the Rainbow Room in New York City, and Amy Poehler co-hosting from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

- 4.00 oz Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial
- 2.00 oz Ginger Turmeric Tea
- 0.50 oz honey syrup
- 0.50 oz lemon juice
- 4 drops cardamom bitters
- Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel
Directions:
Build in wine glass, add ice and gently stir with bar spoon. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.

Diamond Fizz
- 5 parts Beefeater Dry
- 2.5 parts Lemon juice
- 1.5 parts Sugar syrup
- Mumm Champagne
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
Directions:
Shake together gin, lemon juice, and syrup. Pour into Highball glass with ice. Top with champagne. Garnish.

- 1 oz 1800 Añejo
- .75 oz Lime Juic
- .75 oz Coconut Milk
- .5 oz Agave Nectar
Directions:
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients. Ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Garnish with pomegranate seeds & pinch of mint.
