Halsey's $10 Million Spanish-Style Compound Is Magnificent: Take A Tour Of The Private Movie Theater, Recording Studio
Hopefully, Liam Payne took a "Polaroid" of his former abode before selling it to Halsey!
The "Closer" songstress, 26, purchased her new Calabasas, Calif., home on January 8 for $10,161,150 through realtor Jonah Wilson from Hilton & Hyland and Tomer Fridman from Compass.
Payne first bought the compound in December 2015 for $10 million.
Halsey already owns one other property in the sunny state. The Grammy nominee bought her Sherman Oaks home in 2019 for $2,400,000. She recently sold her Beachwood Canyon home in Los Angeles for $2,375,000 last year.

Halsey's new sprawling compound — which includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms — is located past a gate house and over a private bridge.
The world-class private sanctuary is nestled in the hills above Malibu on five-acres of land.
The Spanish-style home is complimented with wrought-iron accents and dark hardwood floors and ceilings. The oversized windows and dramatic fireplace in the living room adds to the charm of the unique living space.
The 1D alum's former chef's kitchen boasts an oversized island with breakfast bar seating, wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Halsey also has plenty of room for entertaining in her magnificent formal dining room, which comes with a fireplace.

The fabulous backyard, with a pool and multiple sitting areas, is the ultimate spot for a celeb-filled gathering.
