California Dreamin'! Cooped up in their New York City condo amid the pandemic last year (and with a newborn, to boot!) Hilary Rhoda and Sean Avery were ready for a change of scenery.
So the duo packed their bags and headed across the country, landing in a stylish, mid-century-inspired abode above L.A.'s Laurel Canyon.
While the 1,570-square-foot pad is a tad smaller than their old Manhattan digs, it's easy to see what attracted the supermodel, 34, and former hockey pro, 41, to the space.
The three-bed, four-bath spread, described in marketing materials as a "designer compound," is arranged around a central courtyard and features several balconies with sweeping cross-canyon views.
The main house has two bedrooms, one of which is occupied by the couple's 10-month-old son, Nash, and there's also a modest guest suite tucked underneath the two-car garage — perfect for when their Big Apple pals come to visit!
Hilary listed their NYC duplex in March for $2.675 Million. Guess they're making their move permanent!
Get cozy! The living room, which has since been updated with light wood furnishings and a blush carpet, boasts a corner fireplace.
The slender kitchen features bright white countertops and taupe-colored cabinetry.
This WFH bonus area, which has an ensuite bathroom and private entrance, also makes an ideal nanny suite or gym.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with the garden's lush landscaping seen through the window.
Come on over! The guest suite has a kitchenette, dining nook and an updated bathroom.
Putting down roots! The family of three posed for a snap in their new town.
Two cute! The couple’s pint-sized pups seem to be adjusting to Cali quite nicely.
Sweet escape: The spacious courtyard is the perfect place to kick back.
