One of Hollywood's favorite couples has called it quits.
Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet are over after nearly five years of marriage. The actor, 42, announced the shocking news in a joint statement to his Instagram page on Wednesday, January 12.
"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring," the joint statement read. "And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage."
"We share this not because we think it's newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty," the statement insisted. "The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become…"
"Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life our children," the statement concluded. "Teaching our children what's possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail✨ J & L."

The former flames tied the knot in 2017 but have been together since 2005 after first meeting through mutual friends at a jazz club, per People. Momoa and Bonet share children Nakoa-Wolf, 13, and Lola, 14.
As Radar reported, the once-power couple hasn't been spotted together as of late, and the High Fidelity star skipped out on the Aquaman actor's promotional events for his new film Dune.
Apart from his wife not being by his side at premieres in recent months, Momoa was caught stumbling out of a L.A. bar in November with a mystery woman. According to the outlet, the handsome hunk was seen whispering in the female friend's ear as he made his way to an awaiting vehicle.
