Previously, at the premiere party for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th at The Lobster Club in NYC, the singer and model was discussing whether her costars should call her "Countess" or "Lu."

That's when she said in a confessional, "I’m really just Lu from Connecticut. Like J. Lo is from...the hood?"

A producer chimed in to say, "Um, from the block?"

Realizing her mistake, she exclaimed in the episode, "Oh, sorry!"

Luann was previously married to French Count Alexandre de Lesseps, which gave her the title of Countess. She later used the title for her cabaret show, Countess Cabaret.

Luann de Lesseps apologized for getting Jennifer Lopez's nickname wrong.

Back in 2002, Jennifer's hit R&B/hip-hop single "Jenny from the Block" earned her that very nickname. Turns out, Luann remembers that moniker too, as she confirmed to EW.

"I forgot the words. So I said the hood—it’s a neighborhood, the Bronx. Jenny from the Bronx. I love it!" she said, adding, "We love J. Lo!"

Lisa, one of the seven Housewives, talked about the road trip.

"Everybody on this trip was a legend and icon from their franchise. So, for me, I felt this level of comfort where people weren’t, like, identity hacking or trying to be someone or something they’re not. They were just authentically being themselves. And that was fun for me," she admitted.

In fact, she found it easier to bond with them than with her own Salt Lake City costars.

"We just came off of my season 6," she continued. "The reunion was airing while I was on girls’ trip, and I just wanted to celebrate, be me, and have fun and just vibe. It was a good feeling. I loved it."
