Jerry Seinfeld won't be master of this domain for much longer! The iconic comedian and his wife, Jessica, recently re-listed their stunning Telluride, Colo., vacation home for a hair under $15 million. The couple purchased the nearly 27-acre retreat in 2007 and decided to extensively remodel it before putting it on the market in 2011.
With no takers, they opted to hold on to it just a few months later. Since then, Jerry, 67, Jessica, 49, and their three kids have spent the holidays at the hotel-sized compound, with the cookbook author frequently sharing idyllic snaps of their personal winter wonderland.
The estate is anchored by a 12,260-square-foot mansion with 11 bedrooms and 11 full bathrooms — as well as a four-car garage, gym and yoga studio. Other property perks include private hiking trails and easy access to the nearby slopes, with the Telluride Ski Resort just 10 minutes away. Take that, Newman!
A scenic spread: The residence is located in the exclusive Raspberry Patch enclave.
The great room is equal parts regal and rustic with vaulted ceilings, a massive stone fireplace and a cast-iron chandelier.
Don't worry about getting snowed in — there's plenty to read in the wood-paneled library.
Not a cereal box in sight! The kitchen was updated with two farmhouse-style sinks and premium appliances.
