Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Selling Hollywood Hills Family Home For $35 Million — Tour The Couple's Rustic Oasis With Entertainer's Backyard
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are ready to part ways with Los Angeles — and they're starting by saying goodbye to their Hidden Hills home.
With the help of realtors Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, the Hollywood couple listed their home with an asking price of $35 million.
While their family home has everything a discerning buyer could ask for, an insider explained Timberlake and Biel have no use for the estate because they don't spend a lot of time in California.
"They're rarely in L.A. and are happy to live in Montana," the source told PEOPLE. "They also still have a place on the East Coast."
The "SexyBack" singer bought the property in 2002 for only $8.3 million, and reportedly acquired land surrounding his home from Helen Hunt.
The good looking couple share 6-year-old son Silas and secretly welcomed their second child, son Phineas, during the pandemic. Meanwhile, the Sinner star insisted she wasn't trying to hide her pregnancy from the press, as she previously explained to Dax Shepard on his "Armchair Expert" podcast: “It wasn’t like it was supposed to be a secret."
“It was just, COVID happened," the actress continued, "and then I went to Montana with my family and never left."
