Kanye West will not be giving up on his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
Following the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 41, filing a request with the court to be declared legally single — a source tells People that the rapper, 44, has not been ready to let go of their marriage.
"He's not giving up without a fight," the insider said of West. "Kim is the mother of his children and he's not going to just let that go."
"No matter if they're husband and wife, they'll always support each other," the source continued. "Her recent filing, or any filing for that matter, doesn't mean he's going to stop fighting to win her back."
The insider goes on to claim that the "Jesus Walks" artist — who shares children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2 with Kardashian — is a "family man at heart [whose] love and commitment" to his estranged spouse and their kids "will never change."

The businesswoman — who is currently dating comedian Pete Davidson — officially filed for divorce from West in February after tying the knot in 2014.
As OK! previously reported, Kardashian filed legal documents with the court on Friday, December 10, to become officially single. If the request goes through, the ruling would separate issues of child custody and property from marital status.
"Despite the recent filing by Kim, Kanye hasn't lost hope to be with Kim again," the source told the entertainment outlet. "As he goes out more and he's holding events and concerts, he's always inviting Kim and will continue to do so."
"His sole priority is making sure she's taken care of and treated like a queen, whether they're married or not," the insider added. "That will always be a priority and that will never change."
