BUDDY UP (WITH BABY)
“After becoming a mom, it has definitely been much harder to find the time to work out,” Gabrielle Union’s said. So she partnered with the FitOn app, which features mommy and me classes (moves include weighted bridge dips and chest presses).
“It allows you to get in those dedicated workouts,” noted the actress, 48, “while also having one-on-one [baby] time.”
FIND AN APP
Vampire Diaries alum Claire Holt swears by the Melissa Wood Health Method to stream time-efficient, effective workouts from home. The program features an eight-minute booty session, 10-minute arm toning moves as well a 15-minute full-body blast.
“My body feels strong, I have muscle tone in places I’ve never had before,” shared the mom of two, 33, “and I always feel centered and energized when the workout is over.”
FAMILY FUN COUNTS
Busy mom of three Kate Hudson loves getting outside with her children and counts skiing, biking and hiking as some of her fave group workouts.
“I’ll [even] play football with the kids,” said the 42-year-old Fabletics cofounder and self described “nature girl.” Added Hudson: “The goal for me is to just get in a good sweat.”
SET YOUR ALARM
Between acting gigs, running the Honest Company empire and raising three kiddos, Jessica Alba wakes up bright and early (5:15 a.m.!) several times a week for hot yoga. “I need a really good alarm and a strong coffee,” confessed the 40-year-old.
Alba's admitted it's not always easy to get out of bed that early — but insists it's worth it. “It gives me energy and sets a good foundation for the day.”

BRING THE STUDIO HOME
No gym, no problem! That’s the case for Candace Cameron Bure: Having raised three kids, she’s learned how to get in a full-body blast while cooking dinner!
Instead of barre, the 45-year-old will do pliés with a resistance band around her thighs using the dishwasher or use a TRX in her backyard. “I love how portable and convenient it is,” she explained. “I just keep it in my backyard, hanging off a tree.”
GET CREATIVE
Mom-of-six Hilaria Baldwin has made the world her gym. The yoga instructor will work her obliques with side bends while waiting for the elevator and often does leg lifts while pushing her kids in a stroller.
“I like to work out multiple times a day, whether that’s for two minutes, five minutes or ten minutes,” Baldwin, 37, revealed. “Any opportunity you get to move or stretch is a good one.”
SWAP YOUR WEIGHTS
Kate Upton’s all about being a role model to her 2-year-old daughter. “I want to be a good example to her, to be healthy and care about myself so I can be a great mom,” said the blond beauty, 30.
Last year, the Strong4Me Fitness program creator posted a video showing her doing lunges while holding little Genevieve with the caption: “My baby girl is my favorite addition to my… workouts.”
THINK AHEAD
Mindy Kaling recently became a fan of food prepping. “I never did this for myself before I had a kid,” revealed the star on Instagram. Now, the 42-year-old gets weekly meals ready for the family on Sundays, including her go-to smoothie.
“I’ll keep a smoothie pouch [with all of the ingredients] in the freezer,” she explained. “I’ll usually put in half a banana, spinach, blueberries and chia seeds.” Yummy!
