Keke Palmer Trolls The Food Served At Met Gala After Hosting
After making her Met Gala debut, Keke Palmer trolled fans with a less than appetizing-looking meal from the event.
The 28-year-old shared a snap of her plate on Twitter when a fan asked about the menu. "The menu chile," she wrote.
Palmer posted a photo of what appeared to be a salad that was mostly eaten. "This is why they don't show y'all the food," she captioned the picture. "I’m just playinnnn."
Fans couldn't help but share their thoughts on the food.
"They feeding y’all like it’s Fyre Festival," one fan joked.
"KEKE GO TO MCDONALDS AFTER THIS," another suggested.
"ALL the fast food outlets in NYC gonna be PACKED with beautiful folks in formalwear tonight," a third fan wrote.
The True Jackson VP alum looked radiant at the event in a floor-length backless gold beaded Sergio Rossi dress. She opted for a bold smokey eye look and kept the rest of her makeup neutral.
The brunette beauty had a busy night hosting the Vogue livestream with Ilana Glazer.
The stint was not without its hiccups, as the actress had an awkward moment with Victoria Beckham and David Beckham's son Brooklyn Beckham.
"Well, I’m trying to make him an American right now, I don’t want him to go back," Beckham's fiancée Nicola Peltz said when asked what the theme of the event, In America: A Lexicon of Fashion, meant to her.
"Where are you from?" Palmer asked Beckham. "So we just getting you for a little while, not for a long while?" she responded when the 22-year-old said he was from London.
Beckham explained to Palmer that he and Peltz "live in LA." However, the interview caused a stir online with some fans speculating that Palmer didn't know who Beckham is.
