Kelly Osbourne recalled being offered cocaine by one of her father Ozzy Osbourne’s famous rocker friends.

Kelly Osbourne recalled how she tried cocaine from one of her father Ozzy Osbourne's famous rock and roll friends.
"I had my first drink in this hotel. I had my first kiss in this hotel. I did my first line of cocaine in this hotel… which was given to me by one of my dad’s friends in a very, very, very big band, and I could never tell my parents because they would f------ kill him," she said.
Per the Daily Mail, the revelation came as Kelly looked back on growing up around the Sunset Marquis hotel in Los Angeles in the documentary If These Walls Could Rock.
Sharon Osbourne recalled how the family spent summers at the Sunset Marquis while Ozzy Osbourne toured the United States.
Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, also reflected on the family’s summers while Ozzy toured the United States.
She recalled how Ozzy loved embracing the "s--, drugs and rock 'n' roll" lifestyle at the hotel.
"He would love it here because he could wander. He could wander around outside in the garden. In those days he’d smoke," Sharon recalled.
"He'd get to know other guests at the hotel, making it feel like 'you were in your own home with a lot of friends,'" she continued.
Kelly Osbourne Looked Back On Life At The Sunset Marquis
Kelly Osbourne recalled growing up around the Sunset Marquis and sharing memories of her father, Ozzy Osbourne.
For Kelly, the hotel offered her father a rare sense of comfort.
It was the "only hotel that my dad could stay in, at the time, where my dad could be himself," Kelly said.

Kelly Osbourne reflected on her father Ozzy Osbourne’s freedom at the Sunset Marquis.
Kelly recalled that the hotel gave her father more freedom than other places.
"We’d be kicked out of everywhere, but not the Sunset Marquis. My dad could misbehave politely here," she said.
Ozzy died at age 76 in July 2025.
His years as a rock star were closely tied to the lifestyle that surrounded him, including his friendships with other major names in music.

Billy Gibbons remembered a wild night spent with Ozzy Osbourne at the Sunset Marquis.
ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons also shared a memory from his time with Ozzy at the Sunset Marquis.
"Ozzy Osbourne happened to be at the pool at the Marquis. He signalled me over... and he knew about a restaurant called Le Pirate," he said.
"At the end of the night, you would toss a glass, and he said, 'Maybe we should make that part of the Marquis,'" he added.
Billy remembered how the idea quickly caught on among the guests.
"Within 30 seconds, every glass that had been surrounding the pool was now in shatters," he said.
"And it became so dangerous that nobody could leave, so the party went on until the wee hours. That’s the kind of s--- that happens at the Marquis," he continued.
