Kelly Osbourne slammed back at Dee Snider for trash talking about her late father, Ozzy Osbourne.

Kelly added that the Twisted Sister frontman "cannot claim to know the private reality” of Ozzy's life "simply by looking in from the outside or from hearsay from a delusional man [Daisley, with whom Ozzy had a falling out] with a vendetta against my father."

She also made a "devastating" comparison between Ozzy and Dee's respective careers.

"Snider had a brief period of mainstream success more than 40 years ago. My fathers [sic] career spanned nearly six decades — from helping define heavy metal with Black Sabbath to building an extraordinary solo career," she wrote.

"His music will continue influencing generations long after all of us are gone," she added.

Kelly Osbourne argued that Ozzy Osbourne's name and influence remains globally relevant as compared to Dee Snider's.

In her lengthy message, Kelly also wondered if Dee's "attempt to belittle" her father was a way to get "people talking about him again" since "the music industry moved on from Snider’s commercial peak decades ago."

She also argued that Ozzy's "name, catalogue and influence still remain globally relevant," in contrast to Dee.

Kelly further insisted that Ozzy "doesn’t need Dee Snider’s approval to establish his place in music history" before slamming him for "trying to make" Ozzy "smaller" to make himself feel "bigger."

Kelly Osbourne pointed out the 'enormous difference' between the legacies of Dee Snider and Ozzy Osbourne.

Concluding her scathing takedown of Dee, Kelly wrote, "It only reminds everyone of the enormous difference between their legacies and further proves just how irrelevant Snider is to the music industry and society as a whole."

"However I would like to thank you Dee Snider for allowing the world to see how truly desperate he really is!" she added.

Before this, Kelly shared another story to defend her late father's legacy and contributions to rock music.

She began the statement as, "My father’s legacy as a musician, songwriter, singer and bandleader speaks for itself."

She continued, "His friends, those who who worked with him, those who love him, and millions of fans around the world that still continue to buy his records know exactly what he meant what he contributed and what he leaves behind. His legacy will live on eternally."

Dee Snider previously suggested that Ozzy Osbourne had someone else write his songs for him.

Kelly's long message blasting Dee came after his initial comments about Ozzy.

Earlier this week, he took to X to suggest that Ozzy "always" had someone else — like the band’s bassist Bob Daisley and late Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister — write "all" his songs for him.

He also hinted that the late Black Sabbath frontman's widow, Sharon Osbourne, "doesn't like to share."
