Kevin Sorbo called out Hollywood over its conservative blacklisting, comparing it to schoolyard bullies.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, he said, "That's why I find a lot of things in Hollywood, with their blacklisting people that have conservative or Christian viewpoints, I find it like they're seventh grade mean girls. It's just ridiculous and childish to me. We all have different opinions. There's nothing wrong with that."

Sorbo also shared his thoughts on the removal of religious references from schools and other institutions.

"It's weird when America was founded on really Christian values by our founding fathers, and now they want to get rid of all these things out of schools," he revealed.

"We took the Bible out in '64," Sorbo continued. "We want to take plaques that have been locked in the buildings built in the 1700s in the Ivy League. And now students go, 'I'm offended by that. Take it down.' Well, maybe I'm offended by you being offended. When does it end?"

Kevin Sorbo criticized the efforts to remove Christian and religious references from schools and other institutions.

When asked whether addiction could sometimes be a spiritual battle as much as a physical or psychological one, the actor reflected, "Oh, most definitely. Most definitely. I think it covers all those bases."

Sorbo also mentioned that "there's no question" that he has come across genuine spiritual darkness during his years in Hollywood, saying, "I think there's a lot of demonic stuff going on out there."

"It's the conservatives that are in the closet now because they saw me get canceled," Sorbo said. "But I'm still working. And I get a lot of these actors stop me at events we're at, and go, ‘Hey man, thanks for being a voice for us.’ And I go, 'Be a voice for yourself, let's stop letting fear rule your life.'"

Talking about faith, morality, and addiction, the actor said his latest film, Elijah Peel, is actually part of a larger conversation about all these issues as well as the possibility of redemption - which was precisely what attracted him to the project in the first place.

"I think we hear a lot about rock and roll stars, you know, the fall down, the women, the s--, the drugs, you know, the booze and everything like that," Sorbo said. "But you don't hear a lot of the redemption stories that come out for some of those people."
