Secret TikTok Account Allegedly Belonging To Kourtney Kardashian's Nine-Year-Old Daughter Penelope Shut Down For 'Community Guidelines Violations'

A secret TikTok account believed to belong to Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter Penelope Disick was banned on Monday, November 22.
The account was reportedly closed “due to multiple Community Guidelines violations,” per Page Six. The nine-year-old's alleged account was created under the pseudonym @blah445087, with a bio reading “Kourtney-Penelope” and “account managed by an adult.”
The social media giant did not elaborate on why they shuttered the account or which “Community Guidelines” were violated, but users must be 13 years of age or older to join the popular site.
Neither the Poosh founder of Scott publicly confirmed whether the account belonged to their daughter, but fan screenshots show Kardashian, her mom Kris Jenner and sister Kylie Jenner all following the user.

Penelope’s most recent TikTok showed her and her mom brewing some delectable hot chocolate together. Kardashian even documented the moment on her own Instagram stories, captioning the clip, “My sous-chef.”
The celebrity spawn also recently shared a video of her cooking skills making macaroni 'n' cheese with Mariah Carey's holiday tune "All I Want For Christmas Is You" blaring in the background. Penelope appeared to make the delicious dish all by herself and serve it up on a big plate.
Disick — who has been distancing himself from Kourtney after she became engaged to rocker Travis Barker — recently tried to smooth things over with his ex by leaving a cheeky message under the 42-year-old’s Instagram post of Penelope dressed as Cher from the cult classic Clueless.
The father-of-three — who also shares sons Mason, 11, and Reign, 6 with the reality TV star — added a very dad-like comment under the snap, saying, "O Cher, don't forget she can't keep driving her jeep without her drivers License."
As OK! previously reported, after the Blink-182 drummer popped the question to Kardashian, Disick reportedly has been feeling left out. While “the Kardashians adore Scott and tell him he’s part of the family no matter what,” a source spilled, the 38-year-old “feels very distant and feels like an outcast more than ever.”
