The account was reportedly closed “due to multiple Community Guidelines violations,” per Page Six. The nine-year-old's alleged account was created under the pseudonym @blah445087, with a bio reading “Kourtney-Penelope” and “account managed by an adult.”
The social media giant did not elaborate on why they shuttered the account or which “Community Guidelines” were violated, but users must be 13 years of age or older to join the popular site.
