She said yes! Lindsay Lohan is officially engaged to Bader Shammas, who she has been dating for the past few years.
The Freaky Friday actress announced the happy news via Instagram with a series of sweet snapshots captioned: "My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love đź’Ť".
The lovebirds first sparked rumors when they were spotted flying into John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City on Friday, October 29. Aside from rocking matching sweats, the 35-year-old could be seen giving off a glimpse at her ring on that finger.
Lohan was previously engaged to Egor Tarabasov. (However, the actress and Russian businessman split up shortly after footage and photographs of the two involved in heated arguments circulated.)
Besides her blossoming love life, the Mean Girls actress has some other plans in the works: She'll be starring in an upcoming Netflix holiday rom-com, which is set to begin production next month.

According to the film's logline, Lohan will play a “newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress," who gets amnesia after a skiing accident. She “finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter in the days leading up to Christmas."
As OK! reported, a source previously confided that Lohan "wants to make movies and TV shows in the States again."
"The people at the top of SNL have always left their doors open for Lohan. It would be the perfect place to kick things off if someone there gets behind her again, the way [Mean Girls writer and costar] Tina Fey did," the insider explains. “But there’s a lot of nervousness on Lindsay’s part. Hosting SNL could be the magic bullet — as long as she doesn’t mess it up and fall flat on her face!”
That's not all the Parent Trap star has in the works: Deadline reported earlier this month that she has inked a deal to launch an untitled podcast with Red Arrow’s Studio71, set to launch later this year or in early 2021.
