In the trailer for the highly anticipated season 12 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, tensions are at an all time high, as new feuds arise and the typical Giudice/Gorga family drama continues.

Former friends Teresa Giudice, 49 — who recently got engaged to Luis Ruelas and Margaret Josephs, 54, go head to head in an all out brawl after the Macbeth Collection designer questions whether the Skinny Italian author's fiancé, 46, is everything he claims to be.

"You better stay the f**k out of my face," Teresa screams at Margaret in the trailer, per E! News. "You want to try to pop my love bubble, it's not going to happen."

The fight comes to a fever pitch during the gang's trip to Nashville, as the mother-of-four calls the entrepreneur a "disgusting white trash b**ch," to which Margaret yells across the table: "Keep lying, Teresa." The Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget: How to Survive in Business and Life author then labels Teresa a "sick, disgusting liar," prompting Teresa to throw plates and drinks across the table.

Meanwhile, a new fight springs up between Dolores Catania, 50 — who is dealing with her mother's health woes — and Jackie Goldschneider, 45, during an event that gets all of the housewives involved.

Melissa and Jennifer Aydin, 44 — who is facing issues in her marriage to Bill Aydin — also appear to get into a physical altercation as the Envy boutique owner yells: "She sounds like a f**king hater! I don't give a f**k what you are trying to say," before lunging at the mother-of-five.

Relationship issues within the family continue, as Gia Giudice, 20, questions what Joe Gorga, 42, is saying about her father, Joe Giudice. "Your brother is saying things about dad," Gia tells her mom, per the outlet.

"She looks at me like I'm the devil," the concerned uncle reportedly states in the trailer of Gia. "Her father was the devil."

Traci Johnson, wife of former NFL player Tiki Barber, will also be joining the cast as a friend for the season that will premiere on Tuesday, February 1, on Bravo.
