After news broke last week that Brian Austin Green is expecting his first child with girlfriend Sharna Burgess, an insider revealed the actor's ex reached out to congratulate the couple.
It seems the Jennifer's Body star is looking forward to expanding the former flames' blended family, as the source reportedly spilled that Fox thinks the Dancing With the Stars pro is "a total blessing" and will be "an amazing mom."
"Megan is really happy that Brian has found someone who makes him happy," an insider told HollywoodLife, "and she thinks Sharna is such a doll."
"One thing that Megan will never take away from Brian is that he is a damn good father and always has been," the source told the outlet. Fox and Green, who announced their split in May 2020, share children Noah, 9, Bodhi, 7, and Journey, 5.

"They have both moved on and she realizes that they split so that they could each find their true soul partners," the source reportedly added. "Megan is happy that Brian has found someone so deserving of his love who loves him back."
Meanwhile, Fox has since gotten engaged to Machine Gun Kelly. The self-proclaimed "twin flames" hit it off in March 2020 while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass.
Fox is happy to see the father of her children moving on with his life because she is doing the same. "Seeing this all happen for Brian is not making this a competition for Megan at all," another insider told the outlet.
The source said if the Transformers alum has another child, it will be on her own terms. "But it is safe to say that Megan is happy for Brian in this new chapter of his life," the source concluded.
Burgess previously revealed that the lovebirds first met in a coffee shop in 2020. She told People they went on "a few dates and then we were locked in a house together."
