Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly Are Engaged, Actress Shares Adorable Proposal Video
She said yes! Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are engaged after a year and a half of dating.
The Transformers actress took to social media on Wednesday, January 12, to share the happy news alongside the adorable proposal video that showed the "bloody valentine" artist as he dropped down on one knee to ask her to be his forever.
"In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree," she wrote, captioning the sweet moment on her Instagram. "We asked for magic We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma."
"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him," the captioned continued. "And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."
She concluded the message to friends and fans with the date of their engagement — January 11, 2022 — and the unexpected declaration that they commemorated the moment by drinking each other's blood.

The "forget me too" singer also announced their upcoming nuptials with a video of his fiancée's gorgeous new bit of bling on that special finger.
"'yes, in this life and every life' 💍 beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me," he wrote on his own Instagram, before explaining the special meaning behind his love's unique engagement ring.
"i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two," he told fans. "the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love."
The couple first met in early 2020 while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass and quickly sparked dating rumors following Fox's separation from ex-husband Brian Austin Green — with whom she shares Noah, 7, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 3.
The PDA-loving "twin flames" later went Instagram official in July, 2020.
