Saving Face? Meghan Markle's Current Staff Heap 'Positive and Supportive' Praise on Boss Amid 'Duchess Difficult' Scandal
Meghan Markle is not The Hollywood Reporter's "Duchess Difficult," according to her anonymous current staffers who showered praise on the ex-working royal.
This led Prince Harry's former Chief of Staff, Josh Kettler, to tell an outlet, "They are dedicated and hardworking. It was impressive to witness."
Ex-Chief of Staff Catherine St-Laurent also gushed, "The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me."
Head of Communications for Archewell Ashley Hansen heartwarmingly shared, "I was met with the kind of concern and care a parent would express if it were their own child."
The Global Press Secretary for the duo added, "But most profoundly to me, Meghan would personally reach out to my husband daily to make sure that we both were OK and had support. It meant so much to him and even more to me. You don’t realize how much that kind of kindness and thought means until you need it."
"Harry and Meghan picked the best of the best from every field and watered the seeds for them to flourish," an anonymous employee at Archewell said in praise of Meghan.
Another dished, "We’re planning a karaoke night, because we have two people getting married on the team."
But it was the "hit piece" from a major Hollywood publication that is still resonating with many, even with current staff rebuttals.
"Everyone’s terrified of Meghan," a source close to the pair told the Tinseltown publication in what has become an "explosive" expose. "She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice."

The Sussex whistleblower described the Suits alum as "absolutely relentless" when it comes to giving orders, and she "marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders."
Of Meghan and Harry combined, the source added, "They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible."
Regarding one claim that stated the ex-actress liked to send "angry 5 a.m. emails," the defending Sussex source said, "Who hasn't sent an email when they can't sleep or are awake early? I've never once ever gotten an email from either of them at that hour, and even if I did, the duchess specifically notes in her email signature that everyone has a different working day, and to not feel obligated to respond outside of normal business hours. These source quotes don't make any sense!"
Another insider representing Archewell shot down what some Harry and Meghan fans are calling a "hit piece," and stated, "Everyone is deeply concerned over the timing of the article because it was published just days before Harry's birthday."
