Meghan Markle, aka "Duchess Difficult" and numerous other nicknames, actually has a "big heart."

"She gets a bad rap for being a not very good person to work with, that she was this evil person in the royal family," the Duchess' former bodyguard Steve Davies shared.

Meghan Markle has been 'overwhelmingly' accused of staff bullying.

Davies also admitted that he "felt sorry for her" when it came to public opinion and her profile in the media, before stating he had no regrets about working for the Suits alum thanks to the "big heart she has."

Numerous others would disagree about the reluctant HRH, and recent allegations of bullying staff "will almost certainly stick" to her public profile in the years ahead.

In response to these new allegations, historian Hugo Vickers shared, "Well, I'm afraid I'm not surprised by these allegations because even when she was at Windsor, I remember hearing from very good sources that there was trouble. There was a time when she was very rude to one of the undergardeners at Windsor when they were at Frogmore Cottage. The head gardener went to complain to the Queen, and she told her off because she obviously didn't like people being rude to staff."

He further added, "None of these other stories surprised me. She probably is not very good with staff or people that she's employing. It's just very unattractive."

Furthermore, the Duchess of Sussex reportedly has a long-running reputation for developing friendships with others, and then simply discarding them later "without warning."

This led royal author Ingrid Seward to tell an outlet, "Well, I think that Meghan has managed to alienate a lot of her former friends. She does something which is very distressing for people."

"She actually sort of just cuts them dead and ghosts them, as it's called," she added. "But to me, it's just called cutting them dead and not wanting to see them anymore. And if they upset her, that's what she does and it's very difficult to deal with somebody like that. I think that people are just fed up with Meghan."

For someone who champions mental health awareness, Meghan's gimmick of roping others in "and making them feel like they are pure gold only to throw them away is the most insidious form of narcissism," in the words of one Hollywood insider.

They added, "Nobody likes that kind of cutthroat behavior anymore. It is no longer fashionable, and she is not the diva she thinks she is."

Sophie, the then-Countess of Wessex, is perhaps the most famous ghosted friend in Meghan's repertoire. This became apparent after Prince Edward's wife tried to "assist" the former actress by talking to her about the expectations of royal life before the Suits star wed Prince Harry in May 2018.
