Pete Davidson appears to be living on cloud nine ever since new flame Kim Kardashian filed to become legally single last week.
The Saturday Night Live star couldn't help but crack a smile when he was asked about his relationship with the KUWTK alum on Tuesday, December 14, as he headed into Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks play against the Golden State Warriors.
Though Davidson didn't respond when asked by a pap if he's excited for his first Christmas with the Kardashian-Jenner family, the 28-year-old let out a chuckle while trying to keep his head down.
Neither Davidson nor Kardashian have publicly addressed the status of their relationship or whether they'll be spending the holidays together, but it wouldn't be the first time The King of Staten Island star joined her famous family for a celebration.
As OK! reported, Davidson and Kardashian spent the comedian's birthday at momager Kris Jenner's house in Palm Springs last month. Flavor Flav, who was also in attendance, shared photos from his "adopted son" Davidson's celebration, as the actor, KKW beauty founder and Jenner matched in black and brown plaid pajamas from Kardashian's SKIMS collection.
It's safe to say Davidson has been enjoying the past few months, after he and Kardashian first hit it off in October while she was guest host at SNL.
Shortly after, the two were seen on a double date with Kourtney Kardashian and fiancée Travis Barker, out and about in Staten Island together and hitting up a breakfast spot in Beverly Hills.
And while it's unclear how serious the two are — given that Kardashian is still dealing with her split from Kanye West after first filing for divorce in February — the brunette babe is making it clear she's ready to start a new chapter.
OK! reported the mother-of-four filed legal documents on Friday, December 10, to become officially single and for her maiden name to be restored. The shocking decision came one day after West — who recently changed his name to Ye — pleaded for the former flames to reconcile during his Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert.

To no one's surprise, Davidson appeared to back the new lady on his arm's decision. "If she wants to do it, he is all for it. He [Davidson] is all about having people do things that people want to do for themselves," an insider recently spilled. "Whatever makes you happy is his mentality."
The source also pointed out Kardashian's decision "has no bearing on them or their relationship. He’s happy if she is happy. That is his standing on it all."

Davidson was in the stands for an important game that saw Steph Curry become the NBA's 3-point king after scoring his 2,974th 3-pointer with 7:33 left in the first quarter.
