Prince Harry's 'Heart of Invictus' Docuseries Leaves Piers Morgan Outraged: 'So Sick of This Spoiled Twerp'

In Prince Harry's Heart of Invictus documentary, which premiered on Wednesday, August 30, the Duke of Sussex revealed intimate details about his childhood and time in the armed forces — but Piers Morgan pointed out that his words contradicted some of his confessions from the past.

The Duke of Sussex shared that his relatives failed to comfort him after losing his mother, Princess Diana, something that he claimed occurred once again after his stint as a soldier.

Harry spilled he "didn't have that support structure, that network, or that expert advice to identify actually what was going on with me."

"But the stuff that was coming up was from 1997, from the age of 12, losing my mum at such a young age, the trauma that I had I was never really aware of, it was never discussed, I didn't really talk about it," the father-of-two explained.

"I suppressed it like most youngsters would have done but when it all came fizzing out I was bouncing off the walls, I was like what is going on here, I am now feeling everything as opposed to being numb," he added.

Harry's comments outraged the British broadcaster and longtime critic.

"Harry claims he had 'no support' for his mental health issues after Afghanistan tour in his new Netflix series... despite previously telling one interviewer how much his brother had helped him," Morgan shared on Twitter.

"Are recollections varying again? So sick of this spoiled twerp constantly playing the victim," he added.

Morgan thinks Harry's admission didn't align with his previous interviews and statements, as in 2013, Harry said Prince William played a pivotal role in his mental health journey.

"My brother, you know, bless him, he was a huge support to me. He kept saying this is not right, this is not normal, you need to talk to [someone] about stuff, it's OK," Harry shared.

However, since the statement, Harry's dynamic with the Prince of Wales changed tremendously. After the 2020 Megxit scandal, various tell-all interviews and a scathing memoir, the two siblings' communication ceased.

OK! previously reported Harry's relationship with William and King Charles was "firmly rooted at rock bottom."

"While some may suggest it would be good order for the family to settle their differences, perhaps even in the late Queen's memory, things are a long way off," the source shared.

The friend later added that Harry has "no intention" of seeing William and Charles.
