Prince Harry is certainly not Queen Camilla's biggest fan, but her recent success on the royal stage is said to be bothering the California duke.

"He loved Queen Elizabeth II; he likely resents the idea of Queen Camilla, and we know, he felt like that’s a position his mother should be in," royal expert Kinsey Schofield told an outlet.

Prince Harry reportedly feels that it should be 'Queen Diana' and not Queen Camilla.

"Camilla has been working overtime to support the monarchy; just last month, she reportedly drove over six hours to a royal engagement after her flight was grounded because she reportedly didn’t want to let down her husband," she added. "I think the fact that Queen Camilla is seen as leading the family is significant proof that Prince Harry would not return to temporarily support the family because Camilla’s elevated position is likely something not sitting well with him right now."

The entertainment reporter went on to reveal: "I imagine the idea of her leading the family is something he has a hard time digesting."

Despite years of silence on the matter after a then-Prince Charles married his future queen in 2005, the Duke of Sussex "shocked many" when he wrote negatively about his stepmother in Spare. The 39-year-old reportedly feels that his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, who died nearly 27 years ago, should be called Queen since he "can only picture her with that title next to his father, the King," according to a palace insider.

Prince Harry reportedly was 'never a fan' of his father, the then-Prince Charles, marrying Camilla.

"Like most forms of hatred, it seems based on envy; envy of the fact that his father’s marriage to Camilla is, as he has publicly conceded in the past, 'very happy,' and envy, perhaps, of the humorous and invaluable support she will give him now," royal and society journalist Patronella Wyatt wrote.

The scribe further revealed: "Harry seems to have a problem with other people’s happiness, and has spent the past year trying to make his closest relatives miserable. He has a suspicion of anyone with a superior capacity for having a good time. Were Camilla wretched in her marriage, he would doubtless rush to embrace her and assure the public of his friendship."

Wyatt also suggested that the fifth in line to the throne would "rush to embrace Camilla," but only if her marriage to his father became "wretched," which is to suggest the fiery-haired prince thrives on drama.

Since Charles III came to the throne over 18 months ago, his reign has unfolded, with the drama of Harry and Meghan Markle becoming a running thread in his kingship. Although he has remained on speaking terms with the royal rebels across the pond, sources claimed in February 2023 that he was "enraged" with his youngest son for how he wrote about his "darling wife" in Spare.
