See Rachel Uchitel's Dramatic Facelift Transformation in Before and After Photos

Rachel Uchitel is showing off her newly refreshed look following cosmetic surgery.

The podcast host went under the knife for nearly 10 hours, undergoing several cosmetic procedures, including a deep-plane facelift, a tightening brow lift, an under-eye fat transfer, a chin implant, a "columella" nose revision and extensive facial filler dissolving.

"I'm 51, and I'm not trying to defy Mother Nature or look like a different person. I simply wanted to look like a fresher, more natural version of myself," she told the Daily Mail. "I realized that some of the things I had done over the years to avoid aging, particularly fillers, had actually begun to age and distort my face."

Uchitel, who was once romantically linked to Tiger Woods, said years of anti-aging treatments eventually had the opposite effects she intended.

"I realized that some of the things I had done over the years to avoid ageing, particularly fillers, had actually begun to age and distort my face," she said.

Before undergoing surgery with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky, Uchitel spent two weeks dissolving filler but still encountered "a significant amount of residual filler and scar tissue" during the procedure.

"I also learned that certain laser and energy-based treatments can contribute to tissue changes and scarring," she continued.

Uchitel welcomed the New Year 2016 with a stunning post featuring a beach selfie.

"Last night waiting for the fireworks with Jb... Beach party.. Realizing we had 3 hours to go until midnight.. Happy new year! #2016 #turksandcaicos #beachvacation #vacation #woohoo," she wrote in the caption.

The media personality flaunted her beauty in a high-angle selfie uploaded in February 2018.

"The only time a woman is completely helpless is when her nail polish is drying. Other than that, watch out," she shared alongside a series of hashtags.

In an October 2018 photo update, Uchitel blew a kiss to her fans while showing off her striking look.

Uchitel did not miss the chance to capture a selfie during a March 2021 trip to Las Vegas, Nev., flashing a peace sign as she captured the quick snap.

The "Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel" podcast host announced her engagement to her now-husband, Dan Donovan, in a joint post on Instagram in March 2025.

In November 2025, Uchitel turned heads in a plunging ensemble that put her sparkling diamond jewelry front and center.

On day two of her facelift recovery, Uchitel told her fans she was already learning how to wrap her own head and manage her post-surgery care.

Far from her usual updates, she walked followers through the less glamorous side of her healing process.

"I'm documenting all of this as it happens — the good, the uncomfortable, the weird, and the things I wish I knew before surgery," she shared in the caption, in part.

Uchitel shared another post-operative update on Instagram, keeping things low-key on day three of her recovery while enjoying a frozen treat in bed.

By day four of her facelift recovery, Uchitel was handling more of her aftercare on her own after her nurse left, though she admitted that redressing the incisions and rewrapping her head without assistance proved difficult.

"Everything is still tender, I'm trying not to mess anything up, and doing this without a nurse standing next to me is a whole different level of recovery," she captioned the upload. "But I promised I'd show you the real journey — not just the before and the eventual reveal."
